Manage Accounts & Access

For information on how to access manage your own account, as well as how to manage users within your projects in the platform.

Account Management (access via Automation Cloud)

Signing into your account 


Once an Admin on Communications Mining has created a user profile for you, you will be able to access the platform by logging into Automation Cloud, and clicking the 'Communications Mining' service on the lefthand toolbar. 


You do not need to enter a separate username or password for Communications Mining once you are signed into Automation Cloud, as you will be able to access the product via SSO. 


 


Please Note: The platform only supports modern browsers, such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge. It is optimised to work best on the latest versions of these browsers, so please keep your versions up to date.



Managing your Communications Mining account within Automation Cloud 


As your Communications Mining account is linked as a service to a tenant in UiPath, if you need to manage your account (e.g.: password reset, change your password, etc.), you will need to do so via Automation Cloud.
