If you are a UiPath Automation Cloud customer and are experiencing any technical issues with the platform, please raise a support ticket via UiPath Support (uipath.com/support). You will require your 'Support ID' to raise a ticket.


If you are a legacy Re:infer (and now UiPath) customer, and access Communications Mining via the Web Portal and not UiPath Automation Cloud, please raise a ticket via this site. Just click 'New Support Ticket' on the home page. 


Please Note: Only logged in users can raise tickets via this site, and permitted domains are restricted to our customers accessing the platform via the Web Portal and not UiPath Automation Cloud.
